Up to £75,000 + Travel Allowance (£5k), bonus and benefits
This is an exciting and challenging opportunity with an international firm of Project and Cost Management Consultants. The requirement is for an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Cost Manager.
You will be responsible for developing cost plans for new build and refurbishment projects in the Hotels and Leisure sector with values ranging from £20 million and £100 million in value. You will also take control of the day to day management of commercial duties once projects go live. Operating across a broad client base of international hoteliers they are involved in major capex refurbishment schemes, through to luxury newbuild developments.
Key criteria:
- Building experience gained with a PQS or Cost Management Consultancy
- Recent UK Experience
- BSc. Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- Ability to create effective Cost Plans
- Hotels Experience
