You will be part of a small but dynamically managed team who specialise in high end residential and hospitality led projects, with values typically in excess of £250million.
Projects commonly involve a partnering arrangement, where the client and project team form a non-adversarial single unit to ensure the effective and efficient management of each project. As the commercial interface for the client you will oversee the appointed Consultants and Contractors and will be responsible for Cost Control and Reporting, ensuring the project is delivered to time and budget, whilst mitigating any rise for claims.
You will be a qualified (BSc Quantity Surveyor), either currently working for a top tier contractor or developer, similarly a construction project management consultancy, with prior contracting/project surveying experience is essential.
