SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER – CLIENT SIDE – HOTELS – LONDON & EUROPE
Our client is an International Development organisation who have been appointed as the client’s representative on a prestigious mixed-use scheme comprising a new build hotel, residential and retail element in central London.
As Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of the project, ensuring agreed contractual obligations are met, particularly in respect of achieving quality and programme certainty.
It’s likely you will be from either a Construction or Project Management background having worked for an internationally recognised name on major building projects (in excess of £50 million plus in the UK), specifically hotel developments, new build or refurbishment.
You will be degree qualified in either Construction Management or Engineering and are now looking to further yourself in a dynamic, busy environment that recognises and rewards personal achievement. This is an excellent opportunity to progress within a small but highly professional team on projects of distinction.
