Project Quantity Surveyor to join Specialist Fit Out Contractor operating across London and the Southern Home Counties
Up to £60,000 plus car allowance, health, pension & bonus
Our client is a long-established name in the specialist fit out sector and are renowned for their traditional values and quality. As part of their expansion they have a new opening for a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. They are highly successful in the delivery of projects up to £2.5million in value, mainly refurbishment or fast track fit out of commercial, high end residential and retail premises in London and the Southern Home Counties, to include Surrey, Hampshire and West Sussex.
They are looking for someone who has a solid training and demonstrable experience in the UK fit out market. You will work closely with a Senior Commercial Manager in the financial control of projects, including cash flow forecasts, procurement and payment of trade contractors, documenting any variations and reconciling accounts.
