Our client, a major force within the luxury development market, is now at a crucial stage of their expansion. To meet their future growth objectives and to ensure the ongoing expansion of the company’s activities, they require a Curtain Walling/Cladding Specialist to join their highly innovative in-house technical team.
This position is office based with travel to projects (Central London), initially working on one of their most prestigious and technically challenging developments to date, with a project value in excess of £200 million.
Ideally from a Contracting, Construction Management or Development background, you will have a minimum of five years management experience gained on major building projects in the Capital, embracing the entire construction process from preconstruction, design through to completion.
*Recent experience gained on major building projects, commercial or residential in the UK is a prerequisite*
