Project Manager required for a Super Prime Residence in the French Alps
O.T.E between £85,000 & £120,000 + Travel (1 yr fixed term contract
This is a unique and challenging opportunity for a bilingual French Speaking Construction Project Manager to join a boutique property development consultancy, who operate throughout the UK and Europe.
Our Client provides expert commercial and project management advice to a number of guilt edged clients within the super prime property sector.
Due to a marked increase in the demand for their services, they now require an accomplished Senior Project Manager to join them on the close out of a private residence in the French Alps. Whilst working closely with the client you will be based in France for the duration of the contract, reporting back to head office in London, ensuring that the finishing stages are delivered to exemplary standards, monitoring specialist trades from across Europe and Internationally.
Candidates must be professionally qualified in Construction/Project Management or Quantity Surveying and demonstrate the ability to work unsupervised, managing and resolving contractual issues. Strong leadership and communication skills are also important. A fluency in French would be a distinct advantage, however contracts are in English and the project partners communicate in English. This assignment could offer further work (potentially two/three years) on further high-end residential projects in Southern France.
