Due to their continued success in the healthcare, education, and residential sectors, our client is now looking to recruit a Senior Design Manager to further strengthen their operations.

Ideally from a contracting background, you will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the technical co-ordination of projects both pre and post contract, up to £50m in value within the commercial sector.

This is a challenging and exciting career opportunity offering excellent long-term prospects. Acting as a crucial focal point for Architects, Engineers, Consultants and sub-contractors, you will be responsible for the buildability of cost effective designs and co-coordinating the information flow.

To meet this exciting challenge, the successful candidate must have highly developed design skills, ideally gained on large-scale commercial projects. A strong understanding of value engineering concepts is essential, combined with a good knowledge of the latest design management techniques.
