A prestigious development organisation is looking to recruit a Technical Manager for the M&E /Building Services component of a major new build project in the West End.
Our client is looking for a qualified ‘Building Services Engineer’ with expertise in both mechanical and electrical fields. This is a technical role that will include design input and coordination, carrying out audits and monitoring the associated sub-contractors, remotely and on site. Applicants must be familiar with ‘AutoCAD’, ‘Revit’ & ‘BIM’ software and have the ability to read and interpret 2D and 3D drawings.
A background in building is essential, either Project, Construction Management or Contracting, with demonstrable experience gained in the UK on new build luxury residential, hospitality or hospital projects (with values in excess £100m).
