An esteemed Development Management Consultancy requires an ‘Assistant Project Manager’ with design coordination experience to support two senior operational managers on a high end residential development in London.
The successful candidate is likely to be from a ‘Construction Management’ background, Degree qualified with a minimum of three years post graduate experience working on building projects in excess of £50million in value. Similarly you could be from a design/architectural background with Project Management experience or working in a more traditional contracting role and looking to diversify.
Our client is looking for a multi-skilled individual, with the ability to interact and communicate effectively at levels, from the client’s architect, specialist trade contractors and investment representatives. You will be the link pin, responsible for collecting data and reporting back at weekly management meetings, on design, programme, production and quality issues.
Projects are in central London, so applicants must already be living within a daily commute. This opportunity could offer rapid advancement for the successful individual as part of our clients planned expansion over the next five years.
