JUNIOR ESTIMATOR / QUANTITY SURVEYOR – SPECIALIST CONTRACTING – HERTFORDSHIRE

Our client is a leading specialist sub-contractor that is highly successful in the delivery of scaffolding and temporary works for major construction projects within London and the M25. They have an impressive client base and have worked on some landmark building buildings in recent years.
They are now seeking a Junior Estimator to join their team and would consider someone from a Quantity Surveying background who is looking to potentially develop their career in Estimating. They operate a flexible approach to tendering which includes competitive, traditional bills of quantities, design and build as well as spec and drawings.
You will a have a proven track record in the ‘building’ industry, in either main contracting or specialist contracting (minimum 2 years plus experience working in the UK), with demonstrable experience of pricing jobs up to £250,000 in value. At interview you will be able to illustrate, giving examples of projects where you have aided the bid development process.
