Their commitment to quality, innovation and client satisfaction has created a new opening for a skilled and creative Truss Designer to enhance their dynamic team.

Role:

As a Truss Designer, you will be responsible for crafting detailed truss designs In 2D & 3D CAD that align with specifications, ensuring structural integrity and compliance with industry standards. Collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and project managers, you will play a pivotal role in translating design concepts into practical, high-quality truss systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop precise truss designs using industry-standard software and tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate truss designs seamlessly into construction projects.
• Conduct structural analysis and ensure designs comply with safety regulations and building codes.
• Iterate and optimise designs to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:

• 3+ years proven experience in truss design, preferably with a manufacturer, specialist contractor or engineering practice.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools.
• Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and building codes.
