A prestigious developer specialising in luxury residential projects is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead their flagship developments in Dubai. This is a unique opportunity to manage iconic projects in one of the world’s most vibrant real estate markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-end residential projects from inception to handover.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure world-class results.
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve seamless project execution.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and sustainability goals.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• Minimum of 5 years’ project management experience, with a strong background in luxury residential developments.
• Proven track record of delivering high-value projects in internationally to include UAE or GCC would be advantageous.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
