Speyhawk Ltd are recruiting for a Senior Estimator to join a leading Specialist Sub Contractor in North London

This highly successful specialist contractor offers a supply and installation service to Architects, Developers and end users alike. Working within London’s super prime residential and distinguished commercial and luxury hospitality markets.

Due to an increased demand for their highly innovative product range, a new appointment has been created for a Senior Estimator to support their commercial team.

You will be from either a Surveying or Estimating background where you have been involved in the preparation of estimates and proposals for high quality internal or external works in the £1million to £5million price range.

You will already have gained valuable experience, working for a specialist contractor or  division of a general contractor. Previous experience within the natural stone and facades market would be a distinct advantage.
