Your Role

As Sales Manager, you will:

• Drive Growth: Expand our client base by building strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and developers.
• Lead Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to mega projects.
• Ensure Satisfaction: Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and seamless delivery of ready-mix concrete, meeting exacting quality standards.
• Monitor Market Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and project opportunities to secure a competitive edge.
• Achieve Targets: Set and exceed sales goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years in Sales management, preferably in the ready-mix concrete or construction materials industry.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of the construction landscape, particularly in mega projects across the Middle East or some prior international exposure.
• Skills: Proven track record in B2B sales, excellent negotiation skills, and ability to develop long-term client relationships.
• Adaptability: Familiarity with the region’s culture, market dynamics, and business practices.
