Up to £60,000 + Travel allowance, health, pension and bonus

Our client is a highly successful specialist contractor in the fit-out sector, working with tier one contractors on major projects across London. Applicants must already be living within a daily commute of town as the role will be an office-based with visits to sites.

Prior commercial experience gained with either a main contractor or specialist in the fit out arena or allied sector such as joinery or natural stone is essential.

You will take financial control of projects with package values up to £5million, including cost appraisals, production of budgets, cashflow forecasts, procurement, CVRs and settlement of accounts.  You will be commercially driven and manage your own projects, report directly to the Commercial Director.
