Up to £60,000 + plus travel allowance, health, pension and bonus

Our client is a highly successful specialist contractor and well known for their expertise in the field of fit out refurbishment for both internal and external applications on major projects in London. Applicants must already be living within a daily commute of London as you will be an office-based with visits to sites.

Prior experience of having worked for a main contractor or specialist contractor fit out or an allied field is essential.

You will take financial control of projects with package values up to £5million, including cost appraisals, production of budgets, cashflow forecasts, procurement, CVRs and payment of accounts.  You will commercially manage projects and report directly to the Commercial Director.
