Project Manager - Office Fit Out - Construction - Hertfordshire

Salary up to £67,500 + benefits

Our client’s unique ability to build long standing relationships with their customers has resulted in an unprecedented demand for their services.

As a private company with a flat management structure this is ideal time to join the business. They now have an urgent requirement for an ambitious Site Manager / Project Manager with the skills and application to interface directly with clients from the outset, managing contracts and costs, whilst being wholly responsible for projects and their delivery throughout.

Projects range typically in value between £100k to £1million and are fast track commercial fit out by nature. A good all round knowledge of interiors to include raised access flooring, furniture, glass partitions,  gained on commercial schemes is essential.

You are likely to be qualified (Construction Management) or potentially you could come from a trade/carpentry background, but latterly your experience must include time spent with a fit out or specialist contractor on commercial building projects.
