French Speaking Project Manager – South of France

£120,000 per annum (Tax Free) benefits package and bonus

An international development client has a requirement for a French speaking Project Manager on projects in the South of France.

This is a permanent position and candidates must be bilingual in French and English. Due to Visa  restrictions, it’s likely this person will either be a French national or an Expat currently living in the region.

Our client is looking for someone that has worked in the highly exclusive arena of super prime residential for UHNWI’s. You will have delivered bespoke residence with minimum values of £20million+.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage super prime residential projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and clients to ensure project success.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Maintain high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
• Communicate effectively with French-speaking clients and stakeholders.

Key Criteria:

• Fluent in French (both written and spoken).
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably with a focus on high-end residential projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.

Packages include a highly competitive basic salary, transport, a per diem subsistence allowance and bonus incentive.
