Quantity Surveyor | Cost Manager | Major Regeneration Projects || London

Up to £400 per day shift – 6 month fixed term contract

This is an exciting and challenging opportunity with a boutique Development Management Consultancy.  The requirement is for an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Cost Manager.

You will be responsible for developing cost plans alongside the commercial director for new build housing schemes with values ranging from £20 million to £50 million in value. You will also assist with the day to day management of commercial duties on a live project.

Key criteria:

• • Building experience gained with a PQS or Cost Management Consultancy
  • Recent UK Experience in the residential regeneration or housing sector
  • BSc. Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
  • Ability to create effective Cost Plans
