Up to £52,500 plus pension, expensed company vehicle and annual bonus  

Our client is a well-established in the specialist field of architectural metalwork for commercial building interiors and exteriors. They have an exciting new opportunity for a Project Manager to join their team. This role would suit someone who has had prior exposure within an allied business such as curtain walling, structural steel components, cladding or glazing in a Construction or Project Management capacity.

You are now looking to further your career within a well reputed, family owned business that will allow you to fulfil your aspirations and run your own projects with complete autonomy. A degree is not essential.

They have a diverse client base with projects spanning public and private sectors to include commercial, education and residential across London and the Southern Home Counties.

As a small business, you will be involved in a number of aspects and will work closely with a Senior Contracts Manager, visiting sites, meeting clients, assisting with surveys, measing up and both commercial and operational duties. A professional and methodical approach to your work is key, in addition you will be computer literate and proficient with Outlook and Excel.

A FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE IS ESSENTIAL.
