An opportunity for a Construction Project Manager to join a boutique Project Management Consultancy on mixed use commercial projects across the West Midlands.

Up to £50,000 plus car allowance, health, pension and hybrid working

A boutique Project Management consultancy requires a Construction Project Manager from a Consultancy background to join their team. As a business they undertake new build commercial projects with values typically between £5m and £25m in value.

Key Criteria

• Project Management experience gained with a construction consultancy’ in the UK is essential.
• Degree qualified (Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or Building Surveying) with a minimum of three years post graduate experience gained as a Project or Construction Manager.
• Already living within a commute of Birmingham and happy to travel out to sites within the West Midlands.
