About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Construction Graduate to take on the role of Resource Manager. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a ground-breaking movement in sustainability and resource management. The successful candidate will play a vital role in promoting circular economy principles within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with construction clients (Tier 1 & 2 Contractors) and stakeholders to identify opportunities for material reuse and recycling.
- Manage resources and inventory, ensuring efficient and sustainable allocation for projects.
- Develop strategies to promote the company’s circular economy solutions to the construction market.
- Research and stay updated on innovative sustainable practices within the industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Contribute to the growth of the business by identifying market trends and opportunities
Requirements
- A recent degree in Construction Management, Civil or Structural Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field.
- Passion for sustainability and a basic understanding of circular economy principles.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills and a confident communicator
- Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment and contribute to team success.
