Speyhawk Ltd are recruiting for a Commercial Manager to join a highly successful specialist contractor working on major projects across London. As part of a small to medium sized enterprise you will become an integral part of the business and be involved in both the pre and post contract commercial activities,

Our Client

Is a long-established name within the field of specialist contracting. They are renowned for the quality of their workmanship and have an impressive client base, delivering complex building projects within the capital up to £5million in value.

Key Criteria

Applicants must be from a building background, having worked for either a Contractor or Specialist Contractor in a Commercial Manager / Senior Quantity surveying role. Experience of internal or external works using natural stone would be advantageous. You could be either time served in a similar role or degree qualified in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.

A confident communicator you will liaise with the project team and contractors and have the ability to manage the data flow, ensuring instructions and change orders are dealt with in a timely and methodical manner.
