Our client, a prestigious developer specialising in luxury residences, is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to oversee the financial and contractual aspects of their exclusive projects in Dubai. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the commercial strategy and management of bespoke luxury residential projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting to ensure project profitability.
• Manage procurement processes, negotiating contracts with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement cost-effective solutions.
• Handle variations, claims, and disputes to protect the company’s financial interests.
• Collaborate closely with design, construction, and client teams to maintain the highest quality standards.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience, with a strong focus on luxury bespoke residential developments.
• Proven track record of managing high-value projects internationally.
• Expertise in contracts (FIDIC and bespoke forms), cost management, and value engineering.
