Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveying Graduate Bedfordshire  

Up to £35,000 + Mileage Allowance & Pension

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent construction graduate who has 1 to 2 years experience in the Construction Industry to join a privately owned, highly successful main contractor, with a mixed portfolio of both commercial and residential new build and refurbishment schemes.

The position will involve working closely with a Commercial Manager and you will be immersed in all aspects of the business, to include pre-contract work, scheduling and preparing cost plans and post contract duties to involve take offs, variations and cost value reconciliations, which will give you an excellent all-round exposure and further develop your career as a Quantity Surveyor.

The ideal candidate will be degree qualified in either Construction Management or Quantity Surveying and looking for their first role or ideally have one to two years post grad experience gained in the UK Construction Industry.
