Assistant Project Manager / Building Surveyor Hertfordshire
Up to £40,000 plus mileage allowance, stakeholder pension and profit share
Our client is a privately owned and operated building surveying practice that offer a full suite of professional services to include, design, project management, building and quantity surveying.
As part of their planned expansion they have a new opening that would suit an ambitious Assistant Project Manager or Building Surveyor who could fulfil a dual design/project management role. As a small business you will have the opportunity to get involved at the front end with design (2D/3D CAD), planning and project managing projects.
They have a wide client base, spanning the care sector, health, education and private/spec housing, working for contractors, developers and end clients alike. Candidates are likely to be from a Building Surveying, Design or Construction Management training, as a solid understanding of building regulations, general construction methodology and a proficiency of AutoCAD would be advantageous.
