About
My client is an exciting new entity who are rapidly expanding their luxury interior design services internationally from their offices in Dubai.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative direction and design vision for high-end hospitality and residential projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into unique design concepts.
- Manage and mentor a team of talented designers, ensuring the highest standards of design excellence.
- Stay current with industry trends and integrate the latest innovations in luxury design.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Design Director or in a senior design leadership role within the luxury interior design industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of high-end hospitality and residential projects.
- Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to inspire and lead a team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Knowledge of the Dubai market and experience with luxury projects in the region is a plus.
