We are now recruiting for Construction Graduates in Hertfordshire and have jobs available for Graduate Project Managers, Graduate Building Surveyors and Graduate Quantity Surveyors/QSs.
Our client
Our client, a long-standing business within the St Albans district is looking to expand their team. They have several new openings for Construction Graduates. You could be either recently qualified or have one to two years post graduate experience gained within the UK Construction Industry.
About their business
As a business they offer a full complement of ‘professional services’ to include cost management, design, project management and building surveying. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone either looking to specialise or branch out into an allied field. You could be a Quantity Surveyor wanting to get into Project Management or similarly a Building Surveyor looking to get more involved with project delivery and the commercial management thereof.
Applicants must already be living within the Hertfordshire or Bedfordshire area and have access to their own transport, as visits to site and clients will be routine.

The package
They are offering an above average starting salary for Construction Graduate Jobs in the Hertfordshire of £25,000 – £30,000, mileage allowance for any business-related travel, health and stakeholder pension scheme. In addition, you will be eligible to join the company’s profit share scheme after satisfactory completion of the probationary period.
