Up to £50,000 plus travel allowance (rail fares paid), generous bonus incentive & health
A boutique Project Management consultancy requires an ‘Assistant PM’ to support two senior operational managers on high end residential and mixed use developments in London.
The successful candidate is likely to be from a ‘Construction Management’ background, degree qualified with a minimum of three years post graduate experience, working on building projects in excess of £10million in value.
Our client is looking for a multi faceted individual, with the ability to interact and communicate effectively at levels, from specialist trade contractors to the clients’ investment representatives. You will be the link pin for projects, responsible for collecting data and communicating your findings at weekly management meetings, reporting on health and safety, production and general quality assurance issues.
Projects are in central London and the West End, so applicants will need to be living within a daily commute of London. This opportunity could offer rapid advancement for the successful individual as part of our clients planned expansion over the next five years. Applicants with less or more experience will be considered if they feel suitable.
