Up to £120,000 plus generous benefits to include car allowance family health, and bonus incentive
The Opportunity:
Due to a period of planned expansion our client has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Construction Director to assume the operational control of a major new build – mixed use development south of the River.
What they are looking for:
With a solid background in contracting, you will have private sector experience on major projects, commercial and residential with typical values in excess of £80million.
The role you will play:
You will lead a site team of approximately 20 personnel and motivate by example, to ensure all staff within your management perform their duties efficiently.
