The challenge offered by this unique appointment demands a highly motivated individual, with proven management skills combined with a strong commercial acumen to rapidly assimilate the challenges of a live project, translate them into practical objectives and facilitate their execution.
It’s likely you will be commercially trained, BSc. Quantity Surveying, having diversified into Project Management, similarly you could be degree qualified in Construction Management with a contractual/commercial bias.
Our client, is working with one of London’s most highly respected Development Companies and are seeking an ambitious individual capable of delivering the entire development process to include design input, budget appraisals/change orders and programme management to ensure a successful and timely completion.
Currently working for a leading Cost, Project or Development Management organisation, you will have experience of delivering technically challenging residential developments within the confines of central London, with project build values typically in excess of £50million plus.
Working alongside a Senior Project Director you will be responsible for site activities and will relay your findings to ensure key deliverables are being achieved to mitigate any delays or future claims.
The remuneration figure shown assumes a basic salary of up to £100,000, in addition personal travel is paid, private health care, pension contribution and a performance related bonus incentive (10%).
