Development Manager – Construction – High End Residential London
Package up to £115,000 plus travel, benefits and generous bonus incentive
Acting as the clients Development Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the appointed Consultants, Contractors and specialist trades on a flagship residential development in central London. You will have a strong technical background supported by a formal qualification in construction, ideally Construction Management or architecturally trained, similarly you could be a Quantity Surveyor or Civil Engineer with proven Project Management experience.
Our client, is working with one of London’s most progressive and highly respected Project Management Consultancies and are seeking an ambitious individual capable of dealing with all aspects of project management within the entire development process to include design, budget appraisals, planning and procurement, as well as the onsite delivery to ensure a successful and timely completion.
Key Criteria:
- Development/Project Management experience gained with a consultancy or high-end developer
- Major Projects experience with front end, preconstruction and delivery experience
- The ability to manage project teams effectively both internal and external
- Commercially astute with a keen eye for design and detail
The remuneration figure shown assumes a basic salary of up to £115,000 and personal bonus incentive of £15,000, in addition there is a further bonus incentive offered (upwards of 15%) and an additional allowance for personal travel, health & pension contribution.
