PROJECT MANAGER – CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT – EDUCATION PROJECTS – DUBAI
Up to £105,000 p.a. (Tax Free Package) + Health Insurance
For more ten years our client has remained unsurpassed in the management of complex, architecturally challenging building projects throughout Dubai, to include palaces, hotels, shopping malls, higher education facilities and private residencies.
They have developed an enviable reputation in region and an ever increasing demand for their services has created an urgent need for a Project Manager to enhance their team.
The requirement is for someone with a proven background in new build education projects, preferably with previous overseas experience and someone who can adopt a high level of responsibility from the outset.
It’s likely you will be technically qualified, in Construction Management or Engineering, with prior Construction/Project Management experience working for an international consultancy. Equally you could be from a more traditional contracting background with relevant project experience. You are now looking to establish yourself in more of a client side role. A strong personality, good leadership skills and the ability to deal effectively with multi-cultural teams is essential.
The salary quoted is the total package to include an accommodation allowance and transport (lease hire). In addition they do offer private medical cover. Our client is a British owned and managed and they can offer long term career prospects in the region.
