Our client’s ability to build long standing relationships with their customers has resulted in an unprecedented demand for their services and this in turn has created a new opening for a Contracts Manager, with the skills and application to manage projects both commercially and operationally from inception through to completion.
They are highly successful in the execution of 2 stage D&B, Frame Work and Negotiated Contracts, with typical values between £10m – £50million. They have a broad client base within the building refurbishment and new build sector, to include schools, hospitals, offices, heritage buildings and private residences, operating throughout South London and the Southern Home Counties for over forty years.
Key Criteria:
- Demonstrable Contracts Management experience on commercial projects
- Experience of refurbishment contracts as well as new build
- Capable of looking after two or three projects at any one time
Day to day duties include:
- Responsibility for production
- Programme
- Cost control
- Quality & Safety
- Representing the company at monthly progress meetings, design meetings, internal cost meetings and safety briefings
Direct Reports:
- Site/Project Managers
- Line reporting Surveyors for individual contracts
The package shown is inclusive of a car allowance, but in addition you will be offered private healthcare, pension and a company profit share.
