Up to £85,000 + First Class Benefits to include travel allowance & bonus Incentive
This appointment offers a unique career opportunity to work within a specialist business unit, operating across the high end residential and hospitality sector within Europe. This key role will be based in Central London with business travel to France, Spain and Italy. A command of the French, Spanish or Italian language would be a distinct advantage.
Working alongside the Commercial Director you will report to the board and will have full autonomy for developing and marketing the brand. In addition to existing clients you will be tasked with developing your own client base, maximising any fee earning capabilities within the hotel new build and refurbishment market. You will be responsible for managing the full construction process from pre-contract, to contractual and final account close out.
The position demands a Chartered Quantity Surveyor MRICS/FRICS from a Cost Consultancy background, ideally with a proven track record in the profitable management of projects in excess of £50 million in value, with demonstrable experience gained in the UK Construction Industry. The package offered reflects the seniority of the position.
