We currently have an interesting opportunity for a Clerk of Works to join an end client on a landmark project in London. Not only is this an exceptional opportunity, it is also offering an above market rate package to include a ‘guaranteed bonus’.
You could be working in one of the following capacities and looking for a new challenge:
- Clerk of Works
- QA Manager
- Quality Manager
- Quality Assurance Manager
- Inspector of Works
- Quality Inspector
- Construction Manager
- Site Manager
What is essential is that you have prior experience gained in the UK on major building projects, in either the residential, hospitality or retail sectors. This is a luxury development, so it’s likely you will have a formal trade qualification/training, having worked your way up from the tools, with an eye for detail. Alternatively, you could be degree qualified, QA Management or Civil Engineering and have a technical mindset for QA and procedures.
