Up to £400 per day shift
Our client, a prestigious Development Management Company is currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to carry out post contract commercial duties on a major new build development in excess of £250million in London.
This is fixed term contract, offering an immediate start or within the next four weeks for approximately two years. The role will be office based, in fully serviced offices with the provision of a PC, working alongside the client’s Commercial team. As Senior Quantity Surveyor you will report directly to the Commercial Director.
It’s likely you will be degree qualified, BSc Quantity Surveyor with relevant cost management experience working for a consultancy, contractor or commercial practice on major building projects in the UK.
Key Criteria:
- BSc Quantity Surveyor
- Cost Management Experience (Cost Control & Reporting)
- A background in Building (not heavy civils, infrastructure or oil and gas)
- London based or within daily proximity
- Relevant UK project experience – (Residential, Hospitals, Hotels)
