An opportunity for a dynamic bilingual Russian / English speaking Contracts Administrator to join a London based Development Management organisation who have been appointed to build a substantial private residence in the Ukraine.
Our client is looking for a ‘Project Manager / Contracts Administrator’ with a strong Commercial acumen, qualified BSc. Quantity Surveyor or Civil Engineer with five years post graduate experience, in particular high-end residences or hospitality led projects.
You will act in an Executive Project Management / Contracts Administrator capacity, overseeing the build both contractually and operationally, under the FIDIC form of contract. You will be project based, managing the appointed Contractor (European) and Specialist Sub Contractors to ensure they meet the clients exacting standards for quality.
A background in Cost or Project Management is a key pre-requisite, having represented owners, occupiers or developers on high end residential projects in the UK or Internationally.
