Salary up to £80,000 + bonus incentive

Our client is a traditional main contractor who operate in the specialist field of fast track commercial fit out.

As a private company with a flat management structure this is ideal time to join the business. They have an urgent requirement for an ambitious Project / Contracts Manager with the skills and application to interface directly with clients from the outset, managing contracts both commercially and operationally.

Projects range typically in value between £100k to £1million. A good all round knowledge of interiors to include raised access flooring, furniture, glass partitions gained on commercial schemes is essential.

You are likely to be qualified (Construction Management) or  from a time served trade/carpentry background, but latterly your experience must include the fit out of commercial building projects.
