Quantity Surveyor Central London | Fit Out Contractor

Up to £70,000 + plus travel allowance, health, pension and bonus

Our client is a highly successful specialist contractor and well known for their expertise in the field of fit out and refurbishment on both internal and external applications on major projects in London. Applicants must already be living within a daily commute of London as you will be an office-based Monday to Friday with visits to sites within London.

Prior experience of having worked for a main or specialist contractor, managing trade packages such as joinery, facades or natural stone is essential.

You will take financial control of projects with package values up to £5million, including cost appraisals, production of budgets, cashflow forecasts, procurement, CVRs and payment of accounts.  You will commercially manage projects and report directly to the Commercial Director.
