Speyhawk Ltd are recruiting for an Project Deliver Manager to head up projects for a highly successful Specialist Contracting business working in the confines of inner London.

Starting basic £85,000 + Generous Car Allowance, Private Health, Pension & Bonus Scheme

This progressive specialist contractor undertakes a major proportion of their work through traditional, D&B and framework contracts with tier 1 contractors on mixed use commercial and residential developments.

The recent award of several significant projects has created an urgent need for an experienced Operations Manager to head up their highly successful project delivery team.

They are looking for a qualified ‘Delivery Director’, with an expertise or working knowledge in the specialist natural stone sector. This is a key role for the business and will require a dextrous Operations Manager or Contracts Manager who can lead projects from a contractual, technical and operation standpoint, both remotely and on site.

With a solid background in contracting, working for either a main contractor or specialist stone contractor, you will have both public and private sector experience gained on mixed commercial projects, with package values ranging typically between £2million to £5million in value.
