Our client is a highly successful specialist contractor and well known for their expertise in the field of natural stone on major projects in London. They operate within the confines of inner London, so applicants must already be living within a daily commute of London and happy to travel to the office and out to sites.

Prior experience of having worked as a Commercial Manager for a main contractor or specialist in the natural stone sector or an allied field such as facades, cladding, curtain walling with elements of natural stone is essential.

You will take financial control of projects with package values up to £5million, managing a small team of highly professional quantity surveyors and contracts managers. In addition to the commercial responsibilities, they also require someone who is strong contractually so a legal training would be highly advantageous and would put a LLB Law to good use. Although a formal legal qualification is not essential.
